Dr. Hester Molly Sonder

I had Dr Sonder at age 16 1983 and I was pregnant with my first she delivered all three of my children. An excellent Dr an incredible woman I will be 58 soon and I can't believe she's doing practice! I am excited to make an appointment and catch up.

Does not even deserve a one star;

Unfortunately I had Sonders as my GYN back in the 1980’s when I was freshly married and began the journey of child bearing. And even then, she was rude and questionable. Performing unnecessary procedures and things that were not needed or logical. I suffered greatly at her hand, and so very much regret ever believing and trusting my health and gynecological needs to her. To this day I have issues due to her putting me through unnecessary procedures and purposefully moving my uterus forward to the point where it protrudes my stomach making it look pointed outward and pregnant. It has been that way since she put me through five D&C’s and I quote, exploratory procedures. With every operation, My husband and I began noticing how much my stomach was sticking outward. And that’s not normal for someone who has always been very thin and active., even after pregnancy I always popped back into shape. I’ve been to several GYN doctors since then, and three of them, not knowing my story, said how… much my uterus was forward and it looked like it was done deliberately as they never seen that before. The last time I saw Sonders she admitted to having moved my uterus to the point she couldn’t move it any further. I sat there stunned and speechless. I never returned again. I was young, exhausted and so over whelmed as a new wife and mother, that I never thought I could report it and find someone who can do anything about what she had done and put me through. I am about to turn 59, and still have deep anxiety and low self esteem about the way I look. I am still thin, but look three or four months pregnant because of what she did to me. I’m so glad to know I am not alone and there are many others who have experienced disheartenings with Dr. Hester Sonders.

She is the most harshest GYN I have ever been to in my entire life. She told me that I had quite a few things wrong with me. Operated on me, told me that I was going to die if I didn't follow her directions. Well that was 28 years ago! She has NO people skills and should crawl in a hole and leave this earth! DO NOT EVER GO TO HER!

My daughter who was young , pregnant and scared was miscarrying. Dr. Sonder was judgmental and cruel. I took her there for medical help , not an evaluation of her character. Instead of helping her she scared her away. I'd never recommend her to anyone. Thank God, the experience has not been repeated with her current OBG/GYN.

The absolute worst doctor I've ever had. She was unbelievably rude & disrespectful. She not only yelled at me over the phone, but also wrote an outrageously mean & spiteful letter. She pushed patients to buy her absurdly priced, morally wrong book about themselves. Office locations change yearly without notice-why?
