Dr. Siouty's best quality is that he truly cares for his patients and their well-being. Sometimes there is a wait but i know that is because he is making sure that he takes the best care he can of each person rather than rushing them through like a lot of the other docs i've had in the past.

Dr. Siouty is a classic physician just like they used to be - he is an excellent clinician/diagnostician (caught something that was missed by 2 specialist), he always take plenty of time with me, and personally followed up with my mother while she was in hospice. I have always found him to be worth the wait as well. Good news is that he is moving to a new, smaller practice where the wait issue will be eliminated. I have already joined the new practice and look forward to having him be my doctor for the years ahead.

I've been a patient for over 24 years. With this doctor you are not just a file, he takes the time in diagnosing your problem. He makes sure you understand what is happening to your health and what needs to be done. Because he is so caring he may spend to much time making you understand your health issues. But in these times we need more doctors who care and are not just in it for the dollar amount. With hurry in and hurry out!!!

Dr. Hickam has worst waiting period of all the dr. I've ever known. You have to wait for close to 2 hours before you can see him. He is very polite with words, but not necessarily caring. I've left his office already.I think he's invested money in ultra sound and ECG machines, so he is trying to recover his investment by ordering unnecessary tests such as ECG and ultrasounds. I din't feel he cared for my bottom line(my health) as much as he cared for his bottom line(his investments).Front end office staff was ok but overall office management is very poor.

Dr. Siouty has a heart of gold and listens to me when I speak. He takes a lot of time with me and tries to understand everything that is going on with me.

no professionalism in this office what-so-ever. office staff is rude and not helpful. waiting room is always packed and finally after waiting over an hour, you have to wait in the exam room for just about the same amount of time...i don't see him anymore. i refuse to see him anymore. the office is poorly managed.
