I have had enough time to think about this, hiliary doesn't really care about her clients, I understand in a world like this we all need to make a living all I ask is that you at least pretend to care. Her goal is to one day not have her clients come back due to a recovery (which is fine, this was one of the reasons why I wanted to see her) well I didn't come back because this experience was horrible, she was unprofessional, she blantly showed me she doesn't really give a care about why I came to see her, I even felt like I was annoying her because of her responses, she was borderline just rude with her spoken responses, she didn't even pretend to do her job. , she was on her phone through out our session at one point I stopped talking and picked up my own phone because she was completely absorbed in her phone, while we were in a session, that I was paying for, I was completely livid. I was deeply disappointed and shocked to see this out of a person in this profession, I would expect… this treatment while returning an item at a retail store not here

Doesn’t seem to actually care about her patients. Lists out useless coping mechanisms even when told that they in fact do not work for me and have been attempted for a long time. She didn’t seem to take anything I said seriously and belittles my condition. It also felt like she was just lecturing me the whole time. Would not recommend at all. Also, one time I showed up at her office for a scheduled appointment on time and the office was closed. Waited thirty minutes too.

She doesn't even pretend to care she is always on her phone, she didn't even pretend to listen nor did she care. I paid for an hour of attitude from her and for her to be on her phone, you need your licenses revoked and you need to find a new profession.

Dont waste your time. She just sits there and acts like shes listening. Provided no helpful information even when you repeatedly tell her that her suggestions wont work and give reasons. Interested only in payment, sometime so much so that it is requested in advance of services. Keep looking
