La doctora super buena y exelente, el problema son las asistentes que no contestan el telefono y super mala atencion y mala forma. Ojala y pudieran poner alguien mas delicada y dedicada a su trabajo

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with this medical clinic that I visited for my Obamacare plan and annual preventive checkup. From the moment I arrived, I informed the staff about the purpose of my visit, which was to have my annual blood and urine analysis, included in my Obamacare plan at no cost to me. I specifically visited Dr. Molina and reiterated that it was solely for my preventive checkup. However, after waiting for three months and numerous emails, I finally received the results from Dr. Molina, who then insisted on scheduling another appointment for a billable procedure. This was completely contrary to the purpose of my visit. I have the emails exchanged with Dr. Hilda Brito as evidence of this. To make matters worse, the laboratory that conducted the analysis sent me a copayment bill of $370, while the same analysis costs only $170 at any clinic in Little Havana. One can only imagine how much they billed the insurance company—most likely over a… thousand dollars. When I reached out to Dr. Brito via email, she apologized and promised to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my trust in her was misplaced, as they continued to threaten me with possible collections. This prompted me to conduct my own investigation, and I discovered that this clinic committed insurance fraud by falsely claiming my visit was for chest pain and overcharging the insurance company. I have evidence in the form of emails with Dr. Hilda Brito and the laboratory, where they pass the blame back and forth, citing alleged errors and the passage of time, making it difficult for them to resolve the issue. In summary, please exercise caution when dealing with the dishonest practices of this clinic. In my case, they took advantage of the system and left me with a problem that I will now resolve by filing complaints with the Obamacare medical plan and the relevant authorities.

Es una Dr muy dedicada a su paciente, amorosa , nunca se molesta , siempre muy preocupada y se toma su tiempo con cada paciente y mis hijos se atendieron con ella y hoy son adultos y siguen con ella yo me atiendo con la Dr desde el 2009 y si Dios me lo permite seguiré con ella.yo la recomiendo sin pensarlo.Dios bendiga a mi Dr y su personal.
