Dr. Hillary Jane Charles

Dr. Charles covered up malpractice to prevent herself and the perinatologist from being sued, failing to make a proper diagnosis, and neglecting to conduct necessary blood tests throughout pregnancy. Despite not gaining ANY weight between December and the end of March when I delivered, which should have raised concerns, no medical staff noticed. I worked in the medical field but was not correctly diagnosed until ten years later when a physician assistant identified Acute Fatty Liver. This condition is life-threatening for both the mother and the baby during pregnancy. It's important to be cautious as Dr. Charles does not prioritize pregnant women's or patients' well-being and seems to rely on rumors rather than direct communication with patients. I believe having a malpractice case with gag orders would have been better than what she did; not an ounce of common sense from anyone.

Charles is great she delivered my 3 bagbabies. Never will I go to anyone else.

Dr.Charles had delivered my 2kids now 8 and 10. When i was pregnant again in in my 4th month of pregnancy i was told by another doctor that my baby will not survive. As i cried so hard in the doctor office all I wanted was Dr.Charles. I went home and searched for her online and the next day I was sitting in her office. She remembered me after so many years passed by. I love her sense of humor, she is so kind and after seeing me she looked after me so well during the pregnancy i was so scared,if i didn't feel a kick every day I'd be sitting in her office for she would check the heartbeat just to put my mind at ease, she NEVER made me feel rushed or unwelcome even though I was always there at the office. Thanks to Dr Charles I have 3 beautiful children she delivered!

I liked Dr. Charles. She listened to my concerns and worked with me while addressing them. She was patient and took the time to explain things. I thoroughly enjoyed her sense of humor and thought that her beside manner was very kind. She diagnosed my issue and gave me wonderful information when I needed to seek out a specialist. I was very pleased with her.

The Dr was not keen in listening to my problems so ofcourse she wouldn't suggest me any treatments. I visited her twice but it was pure waste of my time and money. I personaly wont suggest her to anyone.

The office staff is horrifically rude. If you call for an appointment expect to be put on hold immediately for about 5 minutes. And when the staff person gets on the line you will be rushed through your call. I have called the after-hours line and never received a call back. Dr. Charles uses sarcastic humor at inappropriate times and is oftentimes guessing on diagnosis. The bedside manner is very cold and hurried. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
