DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL. Very unprofessional, NO INTEGRITY/ ETHICS, and does not care about patients’ wellbeing at all. ALL STAFF ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. If you have complaints about any of them, there doctor (HOANG TRAN NGUYEN) WILL NO LONGER TREAT YOU. HE WILL REFUSE TO TREAT YOU AFTER ANY COMPLAINTS. After a patient complains: - Office hangs up on patients. - Doctor will make you wait for hours to be seen (when there are no patients waiting at all). - doctor tells patients to eat, drink, and take whatever medications they like because everyone will eventually die anyway. At the very first/start appointment, doctor and staff will get you screened for knee injections at their other office right away. TV is always the doctor talking - nothing else (no music, no news, etc.) - even if you do not want to watch him and want to watch something else.

Staff will tell you one thing and yell at you. After they know they are wrong, they will change their words, tell you that they were right & to make them right (and you were/are always wrong). Also, doctor will make you wait for hours to be seen (after you complain about him and his staff) when there are no other patients waiting at all. At the very first/start appointment, doctor and staff will get you screened for knee injections at their other office right away. Will beg you to change your current pharmacy to… their own owned pharmacy (CareJoy). Their pharmacy is also very unprofessional: delivery medications very late in the evenings (8pm/9pm), does not call you until they are there, does not update information correctly, does not transfer medications to any pharmacies, etc. When you tell the doctor about the difficulties and unprofessionalism of his pharmacy, he does not care and tells you that they are doing their job(s) (even if it is not correct or ethical), it is not their pharmacy’s responsibility to make things easy on/for patients and they are a business and can do whatever they want and anything that benefits them. So basically, patients can just kick rocks. Doctor does not review patients profile before seeing patients. Gets upset and lectures patients for not reminding him of any current serious health conditions, treatments, etc. in order for him to prescribe medications that does not interfere with said current health conditions, treatments, etc. This was a first for me. Another first for me, doctor tells patients to eat, drink, and take whatever medications they like because everyone will eventually die anyway. I was just mind-blown.

Bad services , bad staff , poor communications , waiting for 2hrs30min . Exam only 2 minutes . Very bad doctor .

He was very nice. Did wonderful work for my teeth to look straight. Very happy with the outcome during the braces timing and after the braces were taken off.

Great Orthodontist and would really highly recommend to anyway that is in search for that perfect smile! Thanks to him and his team I can smile without being shy.
