Dr. Homan Siman, MD

He is an excellent doctor, very thorough. However, the front office staff, ANNA, ONE WHO IS COMPLETELY LACKING IN ANY KIND OF HUMANITY OR COMPASSION, is enough of a deterrent to make one look for another primary. I give one star to the office overall, as the front office staff can make or break a doctor's practice. He fired the other other because of complaints, maybe he will fire Anna and restore some dignity to his practice. To be clear, Anna is doing you a favor to meet your requests or answer your questions. She should be no where near anyone's patients

Dr siman help me when I had little or no money , I was a drug addict on heroin and pain pills . And with he help im now clean for over 2 years. Because if him I still married and get to see my kids everyday I wake up. Thank you Dr. . Siman im alive today because of your help. Bad experience. Staff could be rude and Doctors don't pay much attention. I felt neglected, they never followed up on my request. Doctor's need to be more attentive to the Patient's needs and staff need to be more friendly. The only reason I went there is because Joyce (PA) was excellent. She was the only attentive and friendly person there.

Very unprofessional I would have his office audited with special attention to his biller.
