Dr. Hongsheng Wei, MD

Dr. Wei is very patient and takes the time to ask detailed questions about my condition. He carefully listened and gave the right guidance for a difficult problem. Thanks to his advice, I recovered well.

Please do not subject yourself to this. Find a good Doctor.

Dr. Wei was very friendly and thorough. He spent enough time with me to discuss my conditions. He recommended additional tests to confirm his diagnosis and rule out other possible "surprises". The only problem I had was that he had a lot of patients (apparently they accepted walk-in patients) and I had to sit in a small waiting room for over an hour before I got to see the doctor.

Very arrogant. There are many good doctors in arcaida I recomend find one & stay away from this office.

Very interested in seeing as many patients as possible so as to make sure he increases his income as it is the beginning of the year. Staff has no idea what "triage" is as they are obviously untrained. I was there for shortness of breath for the third time & told to sit down . Called @ 0900 & told to come. @ 1230 but when I got there they treated me like they didn't know why I was there . After more then 2 hours I said something & they still didn't ask for a co-pay. I told the "doctor"his staff & office were disorganized & he was unsafe because he had too many patients . He stated "what does your psychiatrist say about You?" I remained polite because I have great respect for the person who referred me. Dr. Wei caused me great emotional distress not to mention unnecessary physical suffering.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this doctor. He was very rude & unpleasant to talk to. I was polite & respectful & he seemed to go out of his way to be otherwise. Demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge regarding my medical condition even though I had seen him several times in the past. Doesn't like being questioned. Kept calling me by the wrong name. Very discourteous. Unnecessary rudeness will prevent me from ever seeking help from him again.average wait time more than 3 hours. Staff is very disrespectful . Simply awful.
