Arrogant with a chip on his shoulder. Frankly I don't know how he even has a practice with that kind of manner, it's a wonder someone calls this person "my doctor". AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you can do so much better and Maybe just maybe he will get off his pedestal and stop thinking he's God's rep on earth!

Eisenstein is not competent to practice medicine. All he does is order tests and then refuses to give results. I have found it to be a gross error in very often not informing me or many former patients of his of abnormal test results. This has caused needless medical issues. Eisenstein is arrogant man which makes him near impossible to deal with . Please do yourself a favor pick a different Dr. I have finally reported him to the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct and they have been quite concerned about his behavior and are investigating complaints. Don't make the same mistake as I have. Trust me the positive reviews are not actual patients of his. I know at least 5 of my friends and family that have found a new doctor for similar troubling reasons as I have had.

A former bully and homophobe, avoid this doctor at all costs

Extremely incompetent and unethical office. very disappointing. got name wrong, date of birth wrong, and reason of visit. tried to upsell me with unnecessary procedures thru fear tactics. cost me a lot of time, money, and aggravation. will be reporting to the state board and any all relevant ethics review panels. save yourself sorrow and find a more ethical doctor with decent support staff.

Dr. Eisenstein is an intelligent, and an unusually caring physician. As a relatively young man, he harks back to the 'old school' type of doctor, who actually patiently explains everything to you during and after the exam, answers your questions, and looks for ways to accomodate your medical and health-related concerns. He is extremely professional, warm and has a reassuring 'bedside' manner, and he genuinely knows his field. I am glad to have him as my doctor in my neighborhood. He's not only a fine doctor, but a nice person as well.

Dr. Eisenstein is far and away, the most professional, knowledgeable and comforting physician I have visited. He diagnosed and treated me for a serious illness which is now all but gone. I will forever be in his debt.
