Dr. Humayun Shareef, DO

Do not attempt to reschedule an appointment, it doesn’t work. They don’t answer the phone after 4pm it goes to the Answering Service and you can not reschedule an appointment with them, then you get hit with a $25 missed appointment charge. Great Dr just don’t expect anyone to answer after 4pm.

Rude, do not submit referrals for doctors and supplies, liars. Never return calls. Medicaid and Medicare scammers

I have not had problems with Dr. Shareef per say. But the office staff are totally not helpful when a long term patient is in constant pain and has called to see a doctor. Being told we cannot put another patient on the list is like being told screw you, even after I told them I am in extreme pain and have not slept in the last three nights. The staff does not go out of their way to assist in any way shape or form. My suggestion to Dr Shareef is to get staff that are caring enough to not tell a patient we cannot see you unless you are having chest pains and are dying on the ground.

Terrible experience. In the beginning he was great! As time went on, he was rude and unprofessional. I referred friends to him who are no longer going to him.

I have yet to meet this Dr. in person ... the 2 times that I have been scheduled to see him I get a ARNP? It makes me wonder if it's a "Cultural" thing with him & women? His Office Manager is also RUDE! Later to find out it's his wife. Makes me wonder even more!

Due to change in secondary insurance; Prior primary life time doctor would know longer see my mother. Dr. Shareef step in and assist me with everything she need and the care. He's now her primary physician.

- Had 4 appointments in the last year, seen Dr. Shareef once. He usually has the NP or med students see me. - Did not receive accurate information from tests and lab work that was done. - Asked for referrals which took months for them to get to, then were sent to Doctors that don't take my insurance. - Wasn't provided with enough refills until my follow up appointment. I called their office and also went in and they said they would call it in to my pharmacy. I ended up without my meds for two months. - If you call the office, be prepared to have no one answer, be put on hold indefinitely or disconnected. It's also rare to get a return phone call. Maybe I'm too critical, but this has been my experience. Good luck!

WE THINK HE IS AN EXCELLENT DR . I HAVE MY ENTIRE FAMILY GO TO HIM HE TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN AND DOES NOT PUSH PILLS HE IS VERY HARDWORKING AND ALWAYS READY TO LISTEN 'THANK YOU
