Dr. Hung Van Ong, MD

Eventhough I am seeing Dr. Ong quite often these days, for the removal of precancerous/cancerous spots, I almost always leave feeling like I had a visit with a long-time, dear friend. He calms my fears, listens attentively, and he even makes me laugh. His staff is compassionate and personable. I look forward to going to see Dr. Ong!

He has treated my sons skin problem that no other dr was able to do

I have never encountered a doctor who cares less about his patients. In my opinion, Dr. Hung Ong's greatest interest is money and it shows. I will never go back and cannot more strongly encourage others to do the same.

He completely ignored me and I never even got my prescription

Doctor Ong is a great doctor, but the staff there is astonishingly incompetent and rude. They make it not worth going to this dermatologist. Hour long waits in the waiting room even if you are early. Rude receptionist where promptness is a foreign word to them. Clueless about your insurance and billing information. The doctor patient relationship is nonexistent due to the staffs inability to keep things in order and rushing you about. Very unhelpful.

He doesn't bother to wash his hands. I felt like all he was concerned about was how much money he could squeeze out. I'll never go back

AMAZING DOCTOR

I saw the doctor for moles, etc. he and his staff were first class. my situation may not be good. I feel in very good hands. I would highly recommend him.

The office is clean and professional. I have been going to Dr. Ong for years and have no complaints. Dr. Ong is very knowledgeable and detail oriented with his diagnosis. I recommend going to Dr. Hung Ong for treatment and to utilize his esthetician for facials. Very professional and friendly staff!

I have been a patient at this office for a very long time, and I recently went to this office and Im sad to say I will never return. The wait is ridiculous, over an hour. I have told Dr.Ong about it a few times, and nothing has changed. He also told me to get something called a Micropeel in which I saw Ann. My first appt with her she didn't even show up, then the staff called me and begged me to come back, so I did, then she showed up 30 minutes late then she cut my face with whatever tool she was using!! What a nightmare this place has become. And what happened to all the good staff and estheticians that worked there!?? Do not go to this office, you will not enjoy your experience.
