Dr. Hy Phung Ngo, MD

Avoid Dr. Ngo and his practice at all costs if you care about your life. He is OK if you need a refill on routine medications but don’t count on him or his office to save your life or care about you. This doctor REFUSED to see my grandma in the hospital when she was admitted. He also REFUSED to oversee my grandma’s care when she was on home health because his office insisted that home health should be supervised by the inpatient physician. My grandma died two months after her terminal diagnosis in the hospital, which could have been detected earlier if she had a better primary care physician that cared.

This physician and his office staff are CROOKS and should be SUED. They participate in HMO's (which requires a primary care physician to refer patients to other specialists) but they are 100% INCOMPETENT when it comes to modern technology. They do not know how to use emails, do not know how the healthcare systems works, does not know how referrals work. They delay patient care and subsequently causes patient harm. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE.
