Dr. Hyun Lee, MD

I appreciate a doctor who is not out of the office all of the time. Had two appointments cancelled on the day of because Dr Lee was on vacation. I was frustrated because I shouldn't have been allowed to make an appointment if she was on vacation. Never had baseline labs drawn to get a better understanding of her patient and was literally backing out of the room after only spending less than 10 mins. with me on my very first visit. Fast forward almost a year, still hasn't requested baseline labs, asked for a refill on a prescription and she didn't know why I was taking it because my medical record was never updated on my first visit. I will be switching doctors asap!

Dr. Lee is a very intelligent and experienced doctor. With saying that, she also is very busy and is not a very accomodating. She will respond to emails on KP. Org but often times her responses are quick and unsatisfying. For example, I sent her a list of my symptoms and without even asking questions, she automatically assumed it was a certain disease and that was that; there wasn't even an option to respond. I went in the next day (different doctor) and it turns out it was just because of my diet and lifestyle and with some vitamins I was good to go. I don't contact her often, so when I have questions about my health, I expect a little bit more than just one sentence and an attached article I can find on the website. In comparison to the doctors I have had in the past, Dr. Lee is just not thorough enough for me as a patient.

Dr. Lee was knowledgeable and pleasant. She gave me plenty of time even though it was the end of the day. I'm happy I chose her as my new doctor.

She is a very caring physician and is very gentle in her manners.

She is very detailed and caring for our needs. She takes her time go over all the details and make feel very caring. She is the BEST!!!
