Dr. Ian Churchill Anderson, MD

This is not the Doctor to see if you are a female patient. He treats women like they are children. He is not forthcoming with important information.

I agree with the second opinion of Dr. Anderson and would like to know the gender of the negative reviewer vs. the man who left a glowing review. I am female. Dr. Anderson either says absolutely nothing when I tell him of a problem or tells me everything I said is untrue. He is impossible to pin down. He is immature and unprofessional. When I think my future cancer treatment is in his hands, I want to burst into tears. If there were a worthwhile alternative, I would never see Anderson again.

As of 2010 I've been a patient of Anderson's. He is one of the best! He cares, is thorough and proactive. He is very well regarded in the medical community both in Santa Rosa and at UCSF in San Francisco. The staff at Redwood Regional is tops. They are very caring, courtest, attentive and professional. I've had both chemo and radiation and am a 14 year survior with five major surgeries to compliment my lymphoma treatment. So, speaking from some experience I say...Dr. Anderson is a most qualified, professional, caring physican. If you get him to take your case your are fortunate and in good hands.

Poor communication, non-commital, vague, denies validity of problems w/staff behavior, immature & unprofessional about communication issues, staff is appalling
