Every one in the office & assistant & doctor worked as a professional team. Dr Wong took her time and explained what needed to be done going forward. I was totally delighted with my visit because Dr Wong put me at ease immediately. MNH

As others have said, Dr. Wong is extremely knowledgeable, listens to patient's concerns/questions, and thoroughly explains what needs explaining. My only concern is that I sat for half an hour with a full bladder which was just too long a wait...not sure that the nurse reminded Dr. Wong that I was waiting with a full bladder...very uncomfortable. Better staff communication would have helped...no one came in to check on me for the 30 minutes I sat waiting.

Very disappointed with my two visits with Dr Wong. The first visit lasted 3 minutes. All she did was order tests and leave. There was no conversation. At my second visit, after waiting 70 minutes, she told me about my test results, which I had in my hand and still wanted to order another test. I won’t be going back!
