Dr. Iman Ali, MD

Terrifying horrible doctor and unprofessional, interruptive, and rude office staff. Avoid like the plague, they won't get it right even if they get your referral they won't "have it" and you will have to track them down and by then you will have lost your eye like I almost did. If I could give negative stars I would.

If you don't mind being in a very large room on a table ..and if you don't mind kids being brought to the table to view your eye issue then you may like this doctor. It was assumed I'd be okay with this as I was never asked if it was okay to be the subject of her teaching a class on what I consider my money and my time. My rating is low due to the way her office is run..I have no idea whether she is a good doctor or not...

At the first visit, she gave my wife a totally wrong prescription. We ordered new glasses and my wife just could not drive with them. Then we returned for a second prescription, and in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES we've got a new prescription. We ordered new lenses, and my wife still couldn't see as se should be able to. We went to somewhere else and then we've got the right service, and the right prescription, totally different from the previous prescriptions. She is BAD !!!!

Dr. Ali goes above and beyond for her patients. I am very happy with the outcome of a serious eye problem that almost left me totally blind. If not for her intervention, I would have lost my sight completely.

Dr Ali is kind and caring while remaining extremely professional. Her office staff is courteous and the equipment used is state of the art. I have never received such a thorough eye exam. After being diagnosed by Dr Ali I finally was able to rid myself of the eye pain I had been experiencing for years by using the prescribed eye drops daily. I am so thankful that my sister introduced Dr Ali to me. She now treats our entire family.

My family goes to her and she has the most updated office and machines. She is very nice!

I see Dr. Ali for yearly eye checkups (highly recommended for diabetics my age). Last year I had a situation involving my right eye during a period when my primary doctor was on vacation. I diagnosed myself as having shingles (proved to be correct) and went to Dr. Ali's office to see if she could possibly treat my condition since it was located near my eyes. She saw me immediately (within three minutes) and treated me. I had a sea cruise scheduled two weeks after my visit and I did not want to have to cancel my trip. Dr. Ali saw me two or three more times during the next couple of weeks, and I was able to make the cruise.

First time writing a review on any physician this office was worth writing about. Here you check in. ( staff is pleasant, professional and quick getting things started). The wait time is unbelievable Dr. Alis staff does not overbook or overlap appointments, very impressive. Once in the exam room you actually see the doctor (Other places you see tech after tech then the doctor). All the above is a bonus however, for me, what matters the most Dr. Alis is extraordinarily sharp the BEST of the BEST in the field. My experience was positive an A+ in my book its about time a medical office considers time is valuable .
