I regret the day I first went to this guy. Three years of my life wasted. When I needed him most, he let me down. I got with him at a vulnerable time and he took advantage. His officer personnel are ridiculous and unattentive. The last time I talked to him, the same lady that I have been talking to for years LIED and said she was a new receptionist, prolonging my back to work letter. The last appointment I went on when he told me he would get the office staff to send the letter, he came on video 30 minutes late and had no excuse for it. I paid him my last 170 dollars cash and I didn’t receive the letter until I had reported him to three or four different medical review sites. He is NOT a doctor but he is listed as one on here. He is a NURSE PRACTITIONER with four different PSEUDI numbers and THREE different addresses listed for his “virtual” office in THREE different cities. The girl texted me FIFTEEN MINUTES before closing to ask me to RESEND an email and phone number I had updated… their office with, WEEKS before. RUN
