this guy sucks. Haven't emailed us back in 3 weeks.

I have been extremely pleased with this MD and have been his patient for 30+ years. I will be moving out of the area next year-I my new MD is only half-good, I would still be very satisfied

He will force you to make an appt to see him, even if it is something that can be handled over the phone. and if you do not he will downright ignore you. I have a chronic illness that has already been discussed I do routine blood work and then said planned treatment and he is not abiding by this plan. He is forgetful.The worse thing is he is very unreliable and does not get back to me even if it is an urgent matter. He is in office and does not open my emails sometimes for a few days or more. He tells other Kaiser departments (such as advice nurse or specialty clinic)he will call me at a specific time and he does not call. He needs to be re-evaluated by the Kaiser medical establishment and possible retrained or at the very least, reprimanded. He also used to be my adult sons doctor temporarily but after ignoring my sons necessary requested medication (regular thyroid meds) refills for 3 MONTHS my son decided it was better to let him go. my son did not file a grievance despite the fact… he made him very ill in not filling his prescription on time. I will contact member services to inform them of the problems he has caused unnecessarily, not to mention severe distress his lack of care is causing. He also does not fill my prescriptions on time. and last but not least he cusses in office in front of patient .yes he did, when he was frustrated with the computer. I am asking for a return follow up from the Kaiser administration regarding this. thank you
