I have had only positive interactions while being under the care of Dr. Edwards during this past year. She is a knowledgeable professional who seeks to involve her patients in the understanding of their condition and the role they must play in caring for themselves.

The staff that Dr. Edwards had was good but now the staff is excellent very friendly and sweet. Because of Dr. Edwards I can walk and no more pain, when I first came to see Dr. Edwards I was in a lot of pain and couldn't sit. If you could see me now I can walk and sit with no more pain. I'm always happy, I have lichen sclerosus and vulvodyna, Dr. Edwards is the best doctor in the whole wide world, thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Edwards your the best.

I have never been treated with such a feeling of disrespect for my feelings and opinions from the staff in all of my years of going to ANY doctor..ever.Everytime I ever suggested something other than the options they have I was immediately shot down with rebuttals. It is like you have to beg and beg for anything from these people...I am talking about the the robotic monotone attitudes from the two staff members that have absolutely made me feel as though they are doing me this huge favor by even seeing me..Bryan is a very fake unpleasant individual and Charlie seems to be even less compassionate than her..they show no emotion and even less lack of concern or emphathy for your problems. .it is beyond me the unthoughtfulness and feelings of humiliation I feel everytime I visit.I will be seeking another derm soon.Trust me.if you have Medicaid. .it seems as though you are treated differently..I know because I have been in the office on the days Medicaid patients were not… seen..there is a distinct difference of respect given to those patients. Dr. Edwards in the most part is pleasant..it is the staff..Charlie and Bryan whom need a course in empathy

Very discouraged. Waited 3 months to see her. Over $600 out of pocket and I admire and like Dr. Edwards but absolutely can NoT get back to her to check in with meds or change meds. It has been amazing how many times I have called with no response so call again and again . Finally get someone and they are suppose to check in with the doc but I never get a return call . At this point I am a patient with LS and Vulvadynia and am making the med decisions on my own with research . It is amazing to me that I can't get any help !!!!!!!!! Her office staff is pitiful , just pitiful!

I was a bit apprehensive about seeing Dr Edwards due to some of the reviews I had read but since she was the only one in the area with Vulvar dermatology expertise I had nothing to lose. I am truly glad I was referred to her as she exhibits great knowledge in this area and has been able to get me to a place where I feel healthy "down there". Her staff has been friendly and I would encourage anyone with any skin condition, specifically in the vulvar area to seek treatment from Dr. Edwards. The only negative is the time it takes to get your first appointment.

I rate Dr. Edwards very highly. She makes you feel as if "I am the only patient" she has. She is most courterus and makes me feel at ease. She is thorough, siteful and makes one feel at ease. I rate her most highly because she does not act or talk as she is above her patients. She knows her "stuff".

Called to request paper work because this doctor doesn't take insurance. The first person I contacted said the paper work goes out once a week. Once I was to receive this I would have to contact my regular doctor and have him sign a letter that I qualified to go to Dr. Edwards. I called back a week and a half later and a snottier receptionist gets on the phone and tells me that I have to wait my turn and that she would give a sticky note to the person who sends out the paper work. It has been 3 weeks now and I have still not received the paper work. The problem I have is vaginal pain. I don't understand the uncaring attitude of her staff. This receptionist also said that once they got my paper work the doctor wouldn't see me for 3 or 4 months. I will be complaining to the medical board.

She was quick and did not seem to listen to what I wanted and more and less just told me what I needed to do for my child. For a pediatrician she seems to have very little patience for a child being in the room and at one point removed me from the room to talk to me and left my crying child in the room with a stranger instead of just getting through it while my child talked here and there. Over all I left feeling more frustrated than when I started this process.
