Dr. Irfan Iftikhar, MD

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a doctor's office. My mom has been having some health issues lately and I have taken her to 4 doctors in the last 2 months. It as has emotionally exhausting to watch my mom not doing well and no one being able to give any answers. However, I feel so much better and hopeful after today's visit with Mr. Iftikhar. He was so kind, spoke to her in such a casual HUMAN way that she could understand and feel comfortable communicating her concerns. He didn't use big doctor words or quickly try to diagnose her. Instead, he listened to her. He asked the right questions. He listened to me. During her Echo example, he and a nurse came in to check on her and speak to the tech about what he was seeing during the test. I have been so frustrated with all the doctor visits lately and today we felt heard and cared for. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Iftikhar and their entire team. From the front desk to the nurse, to the doctor, it… was all such a positive experience. Thank you all for the genuine care you have for everyone that walks through your doors. It makes a huge difference! Thank you!!!

Dr Iftikhar had been monitoring my legs with my primary physician and decided we had waited long enough to address sever edema due to diabetes. He sent me to Allied Vein Center who performed ablation therapy on both legs. I am thrilled with the results and thank Dr Iftikhar for his advise and diagnosis. He has also been monitoring my heart for several years as my father and mother both had heart issues and when my primary physician found afib, Dr Iftikhar read the test and agreed. He explained that my afib is hidden and only occurs intermittently. His explanation helped ease my fears.

He is grat Doctor takes care and if your medication is not correct or causing problems he will do his best to change it He has great staff and I would highly recommend him and they accept Obama Care

Dr Iftikhar has been very concerned about my health and has completed diagnosis. He recommended vein evaluation in my legs and referred me to vein specialists at Allied Vein. I have had four major veins sealed off and no longer have swollen legs and discomfort has been eliminated. We are now working to clear the remaining redness. Dr Iftikhar is the best cardiologist in west Houston and Katy area.

Yes, he is a good doctor, but he charges outrageous fees for the tests he orders for you. Ask about the charges your insurance will NOT pay before you undergo procedures. I'll be paying this off for awhile.

My neighbour is a nurse who told me about this doc. she said dr. iftikar is preferrred by every healthcare worker in the hospital. This says volumes about him and every word is correct.

One of the best doc in the area. He listens, spends time and diagnose with confidence. Technically rated one of the best in his field.
