Dr. Iris Anita Orbuch, MD

I presented to Dr Iris Orbuch in early 2007 with a lot of documentation and photographs taking through a lap surgery. I had seen eight doctors prior to her that bullied me into taking Depot Lupron, Depo Provera etc. I was on a ridiculous amount of pain medication. Dr Orbuch actually believed me. Through the photographs she correctly diagnosed possible Adenomyosis. She ordered further testing and I was also examined by her husband, Dr Larry Orbuch; a Uro-GYN at the time. He diagnosed Interstitial Cystitis. AFter a long surgery a few weeks later my eight year ordeal was pretty much over. Dr Orbuch is kind, gentle and caring. She is active in the International Campaign for Endometriosis Awareness and is very involved in the endo community. She stands WITH her patients to shed light on a disease that deserves Federal Funding for Research. Endometriosis affects one in 10 women. Something needs to be done!

If you suspect you have endometriosis, Dr. Iris is the best doc to have. I owe her my life.

She is amazing, I've been going to her for several years and had two surgeries with her, and she is the only one that will do a third if needed. Takes her time, is caring, presents all the options, includes my husband in the process.

- Didn't listen- Very rough at exam and tried to cover up her mistake- Judgmental- Disappeared after exam- Charges for blood pressure screening the same as for an annual exam- Do not recommend

Dr. Orbuch is the most nicest, sweetest, smartest, caring doctor I've met. Each patient is individual and she treats each one as if tey were the only one. I felt especially secure before my surgery with her. Shes an absolute angel.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

avoid her...some people love her, she caused me pain after the exam...waited too long, she walked past me and didn't smile or anything niceoffice is too small

I have seen Dr. Iris Orbuch more than a few times and have never had a bad experience, not ever. The only way I could ask for more time is if I asked to be put in her pocket. I have serious adhesions, scar tissue and pain along with the endometriosis. She diagnosed my adenomiosis by looking at photos from my 1st surgeon. I think she is the best and I've gone to more than enough gyns.I cannot say enough about her and my experiences there. She is amazing.

She did my surgery yrs ago and refuses to help me as I am full of adhesions on bowel. My hubby died and she dumped me for no reason. I am left with 2 kids and in poor health because I can not find an endo /adhesions doctor anywhere.
