Dr. Irving Alphonse Williams, MD

How he stays employed with a 2 star rating average across the Internet is mind boggling. He was my doctor at the VA for a couple of days before I requested a change. He's rude and has no clue what he's doing. The VA fired him, so I'm not sure why he's still listed there. I asked to have forms signed to renew my disabled license plates and he denied stating I wasn't qualified. I'm a 100% totally disabled veteran, a board of doctors approved my disability, but he knows better than them. LOL

Many serve by choice, some serve because they don't have the love and human capacities to succeed in the private sector - so they ruin the good the VA is creating instead.

Not quite doctor material when he tells you to stop acting like a hypochondriac. Then you go to another doctor who tells you Dr. Williams missed your obvious cancer.

This guy is just as rude as they come and doesn't care at all about the patient. I'm 100% P&T disabled and he says I'm not disabled even though several other doctors, the VA, and social security office say I am. This guy will ruin your life if you're his patient. Disgusting person.

This is the quality of doctor government run healthcare gives veterans, and it stinks. This guy can care less about his patients and veterans. BEWARE

Poor communication skills... does not take into consideration patient experience... does not conduct thorough exam on new patient instead relies on previous physicians notes... is short tempered... not a good fit for Veteran Healthcare team.

I BECAME A PATIENT AT HIS CHARLOTTE OFFICE AND I WERE TREATED POORLY. WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION 1ST IS THAT THERE WERE NO HAND SANITIZERS OR GLOVES IN NO ROOMS EXCEPT 1 OR 2 ROOMS. HIS WIFE HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY BLOOD TESTS RESULTS OVER THE PHONE, BECAUSE SHE WERE ANGRY BECAUSE I TOLD A FEW PPL THAT SHE SOLD ME COUGH SYRUP/CODEINE OUT OF THE OFFICE. SHE ALSO LIED ON ME. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED NOTHING LIKE THIS FROM ANY PROFESSIONAL, EVERYTIME I WENT THEY WOULD GIVE ME AN ASTHMA AND I DON'T HAVE ASTHMA. THEN WHEN DR.WILLIAMS COME TO THE ROOM, HE ONLY TALK AND WANT TOUCH YOU.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AN ANIMAL. HIS WIFE HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE I WERE ASKING HER FOR MY TEST RESULTS. SHE'S TERRIBLE.

Dr. Showed up 40 mins late and no apology. Doctor Irving has no bedside manner . He was more interested in barking at his wife to get his "flight" wherever, rescheduled and file complaint to airline.Did not listen and engage in any discussion about my medical issues and the few he did by chance catch, he quickly dismissed as, "not valid for any care from him
