Dr. Irwin Robert Endelman, MD

I started seeing Irwin Endelman when I was 17. Any time I had an appointment with him he would insert his fingers into my vagina and rectum. I didn’t know this was inappropriate or misconduct because he was my first OB. Please find another doctor!!

The best Dr. Ever

Dr. Endelman is amazing. His staff well I will just say from my experience, all but one have been very unprofessional many time's. I went in for testing and the nurse named Valencia called me about a week later and told me all my test results were good. Then she called me back again a week later and told me I needed to come in to get my test results that something came back positive! The only nurse that hasn't made my experience bad is Dora! She has always gone above and beyond and I have never experienced her being unprofessional. I have called in an tried to make an appointment through lorinza and she told me I'm just going to send you to the nurses line to make your appointment. I went in for a visit and I noticed there was someone new at the front desk. She was very sweet. While I was waiting the lady who is there some time's I don't think she sees patience. But she came to the new front desk lady and as I and other patience watched through the window as she was throwing her hands… around talking loud enough for me to hear some from the couch. Just very rude and from what I got maybe the new girl didn't do something right and the lady was just a drilling her. She looked like she was going to cry. Me and another patient that were sitting on the couch together looked at each other and said I would be so embarrassed if I was the new girl. And it was very unprofessional. She should have took her to the side where patients could not see and hear her going off. Again doctor Edelman is an amazing doctor. I just wish he had more staff like Dora because no matter what I need lorinza sends me to the nurse line I guess because she doesn't want to help me and I don't feel like I'm being pushed to the side and she always gets everything taken care of when it isn't her job. So I thank god for the one nurse who is amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE. Staff are very unorganized and rude. Wait time is ridiculous too. They overbook their patients, so you'll spend more time waiting than actually being seen by the doctor. Dr. Endelman is nice, but is not prompt in following through with follow ups procedures. I waited over a week for my lab results and did not find out about them until I had to personally call the office. It took numerous attempts to even get an answer. Once it was finally confirmed, Dr. Endelman said he would call in prescriptions to my pharmacy. I waited until the end of the day for my prescription, but pharmacy said they never received anything. Called the office first thing in the morning when they opened and numerous times during the day for the next two days. Still no prescription was called in. I eventually found out that he was leaving for vacation soon, so his nurse, Val, said she put a note on his office and will make sure he calls it in before he leaves for the day. I trusted her and waited.… Called my pharmacy however and still no prescription called in. At that point, Dr. Endelman's office was then closed and it will be a minimum of 6 days before they reopen back up. As you can see, despite my efforts to be compliant with my treatment, they are very unprofessional and lack a sense of responsibility to their patients. Just save yourself the headache and seek a different medical provider.

This is our second pregnancy with Dr. Endelman and very satisfied and pleased with him and staff. Im high risk and travel once a week from arlington to plano to come be seen. Worth the drive and trust in him highly!!! Definitely recommend 5*

Never had a problem he is an amazing doctor

Had multiple negative experiences with this doctor but he was the only one accepting my insurance at the time, so unfortunately I was stuck with him. Ended up hemorrhaging during c section due to incompetence and prolonged labor. Once after the birth on my child, he kept on pushing me to get birth control. I finally decided I would in my own because of my uterus tearing all around to the back, I did not want to risk another pregnancy his soon. When I would go in for appointments the nurses would never do anything and this time was no different. When I went in for my IUD, he made ME hold the sonogram machine in place instead of the nurse who was in the room and said “just remember if this messes up, it’s your fault.” I have never met a more unprofessional staff and they do not care about the complications you are going through or have gone through during pregnancy, delivery, or post. Please do your research and find a doctor and nurses who will actually do their job and care about you… and your health.
