There is a reason this facility and its doctors get one star reviews all over the internet. The office management is nonexistent so you will never get a call back or if you order cpap supplies you never get them. The doctors just collect money. No service or care.

It’s unfortunate that the business practices of this company are enough for calling poor because the doctors here are excellent. I was indeed late to the appointment my scheduled appointment and I did call before hand. I spoke with Ion (sp?) who said that I had a 15 minute window. When I got there they told me it was a 10 minute window and would not take me. The lady actually insinuated that I was lying. They would not let me speak with a manager. While I am emotional as I write this the fact remains that administrative interaction was disrespectful and inappropriate. At another time Anderson was running late so they canceled my 8 am appointment *after I had arrived* and told me that they could not book me for three months. As this was not my fault it seems like they would carry the burden of responsibility and try to fit me in. They book months out for both CPAP and general appointments. I would recommend that if you are reading this that you seek treatment elsewhere. At… the very least you deserve respect and ethical treatment when seeking treatment.

as a person who had died three times and had a loss of oxygen with memory loss I went to them for help with my sleep apnea that I found out that I had and all they wanted was money and how I was going to pay for things knowing I was trying to get on disability. I am really surprised that they would actually let anybody go under the conditions that I had but I did think dr. Anderson was very nice but unfortunately their standard of practice was a little cumbersome

Dr Anderson asked the right questions and listened carefully to everything I had to say. She was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgable about my condition. She told me what I needed to know about diagnosis and treatment options. She maximized every minute of our appointment. I left her office feeling understood, heard and well-equipped to take the next steps in handling my condition. Also, Dr Anderson was very prompt. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and barely waited 5 minutes before she came out to the waiting room to usher me back to her office. I am very happy to have found Dr Anderson..

I would choose this doctor again. I would recommend her to a friend.
