Staff made it extremely difficult to make an appointment by insisting I provide my case history from a previous urologist who closed his practice. Wouldn't confirm received receipt of that info when I emailed it to them. Wouldn't return multiple phone calls requesting appointment. Never actually saw the doctor and after reading the reviews here, I'm glad I didn't.

I originally went to Dr. Jack for a second opinion on a cancer diagnosis that was given by another local urologist. Dr Jack put me at ease immediately. I did have to go thru the procedures again so that he could make his own diagnosis based on his findings. Turns out, no cancer. Thank you Dr Cassell, you are a real professional!

Dr. Cassell put me at ease about a procedure I needed to have done. He is very down to earth, very approachable, patient friendly and yet very professional. While doing the procedure he walked me through, and explain me in layman term my condition. I would recommend him.

Saw the doctor while I was at Waterman hospital. He was very rude. Instead of calmly explaining things he raised his voice and started yelling. Left me in tears. I broke down in front of my dad, brother, nurse, and a friend because of the way he treated me. Wouldn't recommend.

I and my sons have been patients of Dr. Cassell for over 20 years. He is a total patient advocate, knowledgeable and and honest in his diagnostics and treatments. I would trust him in any aspect of my and my sons health.

Very rude and is a joke. Use him curse 5 times and the f... word about 6 times in my 15 min stay in his office. Terrible bedside manners. When I checked his training he seems to have gone to a terrible Medical school with a poor reputation. Will never recommend him to an animal let alone a human being! He is a joke on the area!!! STAY AWAY
