Terrible experience. Front desk very unprofessional and not friendly. I was told by the Doctor to get CT scan and blood test done prior to the appointment. I called several times, left messages to get the referrals. It took them 4 weeks to send me referrals, had to switch my appointment. Won’t go there again.

He's the Best! Went from 10.2 to 6.9 in 3 months! And he is a very fine gentleman

If you want a medtronic insulin pump he is your man. If you want and Omnipod you cannot get it from him. He stated incorrectly that insurance would not cover the cost. When I told him that it does he changed his story to say that the paper work takes an hour. I asked him if he didn't think my son was worth it. I saw the paper he had to fill out and it was one page long. He obviously is getting a kick back from the medtronic people. We changed doctors.

After reading all the reviews, I wonder when these people went to see him. Yes he is dry but very professional. He has always returned my phone calls. Maybe I see him differently because we are the same age with the same work ethic. And yes he does smile once in a while. A lot of my problems are caused by myself and not doing exactly what he says. I find his staff to be courteous and professional as well,.

The staff is ungodly rude. I sat in the disgusting waiting room listening to them talk badly about people that call there. Strike 1. The doctor has no personality, asks a couple questions. I felt very uncomfortable to begin with and his unpleasantness made me worse, I couldn't concentrate. I had to undress for him to check my breathing????? I told him I had surgery and he presses on where I had it at. No. Never again. You don't care about my concerns, I'm not going back. I'm reporting him as well. Do not go to this man.

Dr cuckierman is different than any dr I have ever had and ive had many.he doesn't even say hello to you. I've had thyroid cancer and he was prescribing me levorthyroxine , increasing dosage according to my blood work. I tried telling him that it feels like someone comes up and turns my power switch off and he said "see you in six months" Really? Thank you but no thank you. You need a dr that listens to you and realizes that you know your body better than anyone

Staff is rude and unfriendly. Doctor is even worse. Acted like I was lying about my symptoms and what was wrong with me . prescribed me medicine before I even had testing done. Never called with test results. when I called for my test results he didn't go over them with me all he said was to take medicine he prescribed for me beforehand. I misplaced my script for bloodwork and was told I either had to send a self addressed stamped envelop or drive to his office which is no where near me. Worse doctor and staff ever,

This doctor took an oath to take care of people which he does not. I am so disgusted by this man.

Have gone to him for quite a while now. He is a cold fish who has only standard answers one-answers for questions. Doesn't believe in high tech even if clearly has a benefit. Doesn't change approach to work with patient. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there are any good endos in Western NY. I know there are worse. Benefits are: it's easy to get an appointment if you schedule at your visit and he will generally not have a problem if you need a prescription after the appointment. Office staff is great.

Beside manner was poor and a definite turn-off. Who wants a cold, distant doctor? Told me there was nothing that could be done about my diagnosis (which isn't true, thankfully)! The staff also left much to be desired.
