This person lives off the misery of others, and ensures the courts can chew them out the hardest.

Im a 36 years old man who found himself on supervised visitation w/my 2 year old daughter. The supervised visits started during the divorce proceedings after I threatened to run to Mexico w/my daughter. After 1 year of completed therapy I was able to petition the court to remove the supervised visits. I did so...However, the judge ordered a forensic mental evaluation by this guy -Dr. Haynes. It cost me 6,710 over 10 month period. A very long drawn out process. The ex paid 3,580. After the evaluation is completed he seals the findings from me “defendant” and the ex wife “plaintiff”. Only the judge and both parties council can see the 36 pg report. What I’m able to receive is pg 35 and 36, are the dr’s recommendations. For me it was unfavorable, although not terrible. I still have some more hoops to jump through to get off supervised but this allows for a plan to be put in place to eventually get off. If your a parent like me on this crap you know this whole process sucks. I’m numb to it… now and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Btw I’m add/adhd that’s my mental Illness. I don’t use drugs-Never had a drug/alcohol addiction. Hope that helps. Good luck
