Dr. Jack Peter Kotlarz, MD

The staff of Dr Kotlarz seems to be very lousy these days! Been a patient of his for over 20 years and never had this problem of getting an appointment for a procedure! They were to call me back once the insurance approved and months later no call! I call and ask for the person that was to call and get told they are on another line and she gives me her voice mail! I leave a message and now a week later no call back! I am looking at other ENT's !

He is kind, patient, companionate and very smart and confident. His staff is gentle. He cares, takes time, asks questions, waits for your answers patiently. He has great listening skills and sees the world in a different perspective.

Very timely with my appt. Very professional but also sociable. Very patient and good in explaining procedures. Felt very comfortable having him for a physician .

Best Doctor you can go to. If this man can't help you, then there is no hope..

Dr. Kotlarz is a professional in every aspect of the word.It would take me ages to write all the things that I admire in him , last being that he brings his dog to work. What an amazing man. PS.Everest ?

Terrible experience. We were obviously seen during his "lunch". Spent 5 minutes with my daughter. Would give bedside manner 1/2 star if available. Bad representation of UF Peds, who otherwise were superb.

My appointment was for 9:45. I arrived at 9:30 because I was a new patient, and I was out the door by 10:00pm. The staff was very nice, and Dr. Kotlarz took time with me without rushing. I almost wish I could go back! I would recommend him to anyone.
