Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. & explained every thing in detail before andcafter surgery

My son was scheduled for surgery. Had questions leading up to surgery. Left numerous messages with a not so friendly MA only to get call back with a message. Explained several times to MA that I work and I am unable to step out of meetings so a prearranged time might work best. Nope. More phone tag. Day before surgery no call. No information about time or prep for procedure. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Mr. Lewis does understand that he is not the only one with a busy schedule??

I found dr Lewis. Obnoxious and condescending. Not interested in explaining or entertaining questions. Abruptly eft the exam room. If I had my way I wouldn’t pay for the visit !

Poor instructions on effects of Prostate surgery and post surgery change in patients life. Bad bedside manner. Very matter of fact during office visits and no post surgery contact or follow up office visits after catheter was removed. Felt that the Doctor was in it strictly for the money and not for the patient.

Dr. Lewis ordered expensive tests for me, but would not at least follow up with me regarding the results. His office would call to leave a message to call back. When I called back, I could only leave a message for his medical assistant who would tell me nothing. All I wanted was a follow up call from the doctor himself. That is too much to ask for these days I guess. All they want is your money.

Dr. Lewis was great as well as his staff. Best run office I've been to in a long time. Dr. Lewis was very compassionate and was very knowledgeable about my condition. I was very impressed with him and the facility. Would highly recommend and will refer everyone I know to Dr. Lewis. Top notch care!

Dr. Lewis was hilarious had great bed side manner, even allowed me to pick out my own music while getting my vasectomy done. was quick in out and a fast recovery. I appreciate the quick response as well from assistant when my semen analysis came back. All around good experience and now free love ; )

well there is so many things to say,very inpersonal and into himself,i will never say any good about this so called clown, he needs to go to work at some hamburger shop,he would probaly screw up a good burger,

My first visit I waited two hours in the waiting room for my appointment. When I did see him, it was like he didn't have time to see me. I returned for a second visit and he informed me I needed a procedure that would require I have a ride home, I am coming from 70 miles away and I didn't have someone who could drive me so I rented a motel room so I could have a taxi take me to my appointment and pick me up. I have been called from his office five times to reschedule my surgery time. The last time was 10:30 am. I told them that would never work, I have to check into my motel before I can arrive for my surgery. This doctor called me back and told me he didn't want to do surgery on me to find someone else! His office is a mess, it is unorganized and inefficient and he doesn't care! Very cold, non-compassionate excuse for a human. By the looks of these reviews, I am not the only one he and his staff has treated poorly. My experience with him tells me that he skill level is marginal,… his focus is not the patient nor patient care. There are to many physicians out there to select this one for your care. I won't be going back to him, nor will my friends and family.

Dr. Lewis was dismissing and rude. His office staff behaved similarly. My family has seen many doctors in the Rogue Valley over the years but never have we been treated so poorly. They even accused us of "running out of the office" so we didn't have to pay which is preposterous.
