She listened very well to my challenges, and was compassionate, giving suggestions for options that would be helpful. I highly recommend Dr Nichols!

Overkill radiology test ordered for me included unnecessary toxic dye injection. All I needed was an ultrasound for a hernia. But had I just trusted her I'd have undergone unnecessary risk. Radiology with dye injection and drinking it for this, to assess her physical assessment as a hernia scares me. It's like prescribing me antibiotics for a pimple.

I feel really grateful that I found Dr. Nichols. I finally have answers for things that I’ve spent my entire life struggling with and she is so caring, warm, and kind that it makes discussing them easy and encouraging.

This was my first visit to the gyno, coming in for an annual exam. All the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Everything was explained thoroughly and in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

I loved my visit. I was attended to quickly, I had my complete annual checkup, and the doctor called me the next day to give me the results of my tests. She let me know that the culture results haven't arrived yet, and she would call me as soon as she had them. A very good experience

Dr. Nichols assured me someone from her office would check the system a few times to get the results of my breast biopsy and they would call me with the results no matter what. They never called and the results were cancer. Another time when I came off Tamoxifen I bled for 47 days. I called her office THREE times to ask if I should be seen or go to the ER. No one ever called me back. Stop taking patients if you can't do your job.

Her bedside manner was awful. As soon as she walked in she asked me why I was there in a rude manner and made me feel stupid for even being there. I told her I may be high risk and wanted confirmation of pregnancy, she then asked me zero questions and did my sonogram. I like someone who is direct, but when she did my sonogram, we did not see a heartbeat at 6 weeks and she decided to tell me she thinks it’s a misscarriage. Now, this may be true, I will not be able to verify for another week, but it also may be the case that it’s too early to tell. When I said well sometimes isn’t is possible you can’t see it this soon, she said “it should be stronger at this point.” She did not give me ANY hope that it’s actually possible things are ok. Unless she knows something I don’t, she shouldn’t have worded things the way she did. She could’ve said this concerns me but sometimes we don’t see the heartbeat at this stage. She should’ve told me to do my best not to stress but instead she… looked at me like “sorry, moving on,” and wrote me an order for another sonogram that said “abortion,” on it. She was extremely callus, and I was left with no answers. When I came out of the room, I asked how many mm the baby measured, she looked at me like I had just asked a dumb question, read her chart and then turned back around and scoffed at me while laughing with her colleagues. I just got my HCG levels back and they look great! I’m hoping for the best, but either way she is not the person I want to continue my journey with.

Any health concerns brought to attention during pregnancy were blown off and I was made to feel paranoid for even asking. When when came to get my son for circumcision she told my husband and I she had places to be and was in a hurry. This even made my husband very uncomfortable which is rare...
