NOT EASY TO TALK TO AT ALL. Want to be questioned and made to feel like you are lying? I saw this provider virtually just to have a horrible experience. Provider is paranoid, pessimistic, and causes stress. I knew from the beginning when she started to pull up my teladoc visit history to question doctors I've seen for SICK OR DERMATOLOGIST visits THAT SHE WAS strange. but my fault i entertained her interrogation. I mean to assume automatically with no solid basis that an adult is a drug addict due to needing a refill on basic medication? I thought i was going to have a productive call to analyze the medication I was taking for a continuation of care due to my provider leaving his practice. Instead I was questioned and asked about every little detail, when i responded my answers were questioned further and i was berated, and she demanded I go to an urgent care because 4 years ago i had an ekg with abnormal results that a prinary & CARDIOLOGIST BOTH said was fine. Made me feel like the… medication the other provider had prescribed me was going to harm me badly because of her own personal issues with the pharmaceutical companies. She gave me more anxiety. Instead of trying to work with me to make a plan for care, she continued to shame me. This provider does not trust her patients and what they are telling her. She makes them feel bad. In the end she did not help me but instead questioned everything i said. Denied refilling my basic depression medication with no solid basis. She wasted my time. I have never seen a doctor so terrible and paranoid about her patient. She questioned my job, asked if ive been hospitalized, questioned providers ive seen on teladoc for sick visits, asked me who I lived with, demanded blood work, and basically insulted me. Oh and The blood work was to make sure I was not a drug addict. Not for actual helpful reasons. A karen at best. If you see her on teladoc RUN. Horrible experience. She should be removed.

She's great

I have been with dr. bartlett for @ 7 yr. She believes kin me and listens to me. She is always positive and encouraging and from the very first visit gave me hope. I went to other doctors before finding her and there were challenging moments with their treatment. I wish I had had her from the beginning. She's compassionate and caring and has a tremendous amount of knowledge dealing with psy. meds and any other meds that may help the situation. She's conservative in her approach and loos at the whole picture physical and emotional and is always calm.
