I have been a patient of Dr. Jacqueline Pearson and Comprehensive Internal Medicine for many years. I have had many doctors in various states over my lifetime but none compare to Dr. Pearson. She has always been very professional, responsive, compassionate and caring about me as a patient. She is persistent in identifying my root issue rather than just managing a symptom. Her professional skills and knowledge as a physician continually amaze me, especially her ability to update her knowledge and skills in this rapidly changing world of medicine. Her physician network and relationships with other doctors with specialized skills has also been invaluable to me as she has ensured that I get appointments with these other doctors in a timely manner when necessary. Unlike many physicians today, she has a great “bedside manner” and has been willing and able to allocate sufficient time to address my needs. I know that even when I am not in town or able to visit with her in the office, I… know she will respond quickly to a call, text or email. And finally, she lives the life that she encourages her patients to live – that is, eat well, stay physically and mentally fit and treat your body as a temple. My wife and I have been patients of Dr.Jacqueling Pearson for 11 years. There have been several medical emergencies where she made time to see us during her busy daily schedule. Thus, we are understanding that she might get off schedule because of her caring for her patients. She takes the time to go over our medications at each visit. We feel like she is a true partner in our health care needs. She has shown her concern on several occasions by calling us at home to follow up when she knew there was a medical problem. She made sure the prescribed treatment was working satisfactorily. We have watched Comprehensive Internal Medicine grow over the years; and even with that growth, Dr. Pearson still provides excellent, professional and knowledgeable care for us. The staff members are always pleasant to us and very caring, even the billing department when there is a problem with insurance. Those things do happen! We recommend Dr. Pearson to anyone looking for a primary… care physician.

I was referred to Dr. Pearson by my wife's GYN. I was impressed with the facilities, the staff and most of all Dr. Pearson who is far and away the best Doctor I've used in my 70+ years. She takes the time to fully evaluate your health history and makes recommendations as to how to enhance your well being. She is truly a partner in your health regimen and really cares about her patients. After seeing her several times I am so impressed with her professionalism and interpersonal abilities. She remind me of the "black bag" docs of my youth only much more capable in the full immersion into my health both past and present. My wife also users her services and we both agree Dr. Pearson is the best.

I have been with Dr. Pearson for 3 years. My entire family goes to her. She is extremely knowledgeable and does not stop until she gets the diagnosis. If you have to wait, she is probably spending time with a patient. I don't mind that as I know if I needed the extra time, she would spend it with me. She is not rushed. If you want a Dr. that TRULY cares and will take the time, she is the Doctor for you.

I have been to may doctors who keep you waiting a long time and when seeing you maybe in hurry but never waited over an hour in the waiting room, then over an hour in the patient waiting room to see a doctor who was obviously in a hurry and made no effort to hide that she needs to get out to see her other patients and this was the first time an assistant asked me what kind of medication I think I may need so she can start a prescription to save time!Also, she ordered a blood test but did not follow up to discuss the results, I guess too busy ....I fired this doctor after the second visit and repeat of the same

Dr. Pearson has shown respect and concern for me as a patient, and in 5 years I have grown to trust her completely as my primary physician. She is very cautious in prescribing medicine and very careful to follow up to ensure it's the right treatment plan. My health has improved dramatically under her care and I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone seeking a caring, competent physician.

I'm in shock as I encountered the worse experience with Dr. Pearson ever. I was excited I had reviewed her credentials and thought I found the right doctor. How wrong I was; I was so sick, she diagnosed me;performed a mutlitude of tests; she pretended to be caring. She lacks interpersonal skills, rushes you, will not spend time talking to you with or show genuine concern. She is pretenious in manner, not supportive to her clients; lied to me. To my dismay she lied on my medical leave request form stating that she was unaware of my condition, which she had diagnosed as well lied on the type of treatment she was providing; which is not supported by the high volume costs paid by my Insurance company; As a result of this information my request for medical leave was denied not once but twice; I lost benefits and my paycheck to live on. I had to call my Insurance company and explain the costs that were incured. I was devasdted, as a result my condition worsen; I had find a new doctor; my… Family and friemds had to assist me financially for my continued healthcare needs and my daily survival. I had to find new resources to correct the damage done. I will also note that the office manager has a very negative beside manner in relation to dealing with the patients; she needs patient service skils. The *only positive* are the nurses/front desk staff.Unfortunately there is high turnover of staff. If you take these reviews seriously; then you will not make the same mistake I did! Good Luck!**As a side note: I have one doctor here that I've been seeing for over 10 years, so for me to have to write this review it's Real!
