Dr. Jada Mandy Ma, MD

The 1 star reviews are spot on. She is worse then 0 stars. Angry and confrontactional when I asked for a referal to a specialist.Dismissive and condesending when I had weakness in my legs and was suffering symptoms related to severe depression but she was too stupid to care and even treat me. Unethical when giving me a prescription which had serious known side effects which the insurance co. denied covering but she gave it to me anyway and it resulted in a blood clot. Malpractice!!! She should lose her license. Nasty attitude,impersonal bedside manner,cold personality, doesnt listen or care.Spends maybe 5 to 10 mins at most for an appointment.Office is just as others said,difficult to schedule and send you to urgent care.Total opposite of an efficient,well managed,caring,primary care office.

Where did you go Dr. Ma? It is too bad Dr. Ma no longer is with the office/practice in Murrieta CA - she is a great doctor - easy to speak with makes you feel comfortable discussing your intimate problems with and is willing to take the time to listen to what you have to say. I wish I knew where she went

This office is very hard to get into for an appointment (but once you get an appointment, you are seen pretty quickly). I've had to go to urgent care for almost everything this year - unless it is something that can wait a month or more to be seen. Dr. Ma's bedside manner is not the greatest and I don't really feel she cares for me as a person.

Uncaring, unprofessional, doesn't give importance to blood analysis. She has a nonchalant attitude and does not seem to really be too concerned with the problem/s the patient is trying to convey. Staff unfriendly. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Dr. Ma is everything I could hope for in a doctor. She is easy to talk to and seems genuinely concerned about her patients. She maintains eye contact instead of typing away at a computer, which seems to be common with many doctors these days. It's easy to get an appointment with her, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Four stars!
