Dr. Jaime Chung Lim, MD

Saw him for about 1.5 years. At first things were okay. We did several injections, then a couple of nerve burns. The burns made things worse. During several visits I noticed his computer was open to my patient record. It contained some serious falsehoods I had never told him. One was that I was bowel and bladder incontinent. I have never been. I was in shock that a doctor would put such garbage in my record. I didn't know what to do. About six months later I told him the pain was getting worse. We discussed some alternatives. We talked about the previous nerve burns and I told him they had not done any good. He said I had told him that they had greatly improved my pain. But I had never told him that. So, he wrote out a prescription for an Nsaid I had been given before by a dentist. It hadn't done any good that I could tell for my tooth. I told him that while he was writing out the RX. I left frustrated. So, he didn't hear what I had told him in previous visits,… the nerve burn actually had made the pain worse, and he had put falsehoods in my patient record. I was done with him. I switched doctors. I WOULD NOT recommend this doctor. I'd check your patient record to be sure there are no falsehoods in it, btw.

He has kept my husband and I walking, working, and lessened our pain for almost 20 years. He cares about his patients and works to keep them out of pain and mobile. He has always had our welfare in mind when we do a procedure.

I have been trying to get in touch with anyone at their office for three days. I have sat on hold multiple times for 10 minutes after finally reaching someone to help me, and they always hang up before even talking to me. Not sure what their deal is but its just rude.

Decent doctor, first one to actually listen to me and figure out the problem. He is not very thorough about explaining side effects of different medications, make sure you look it up yourself before taking it. I always end up waiting an hour or more past my appointment time before being seen.

If your looking for help with debilitating pain this is not the man to see . I brought a copy of my MRI he didn't care . First thing he said to me was he didn't give anyone pain meds . Told me maybe down the line we would look at shots to the nerve endings in my lower back . I pointed out the cost of around $1200 a shot and I know it will take 6 to 8 shots that Medicare pays 80% of that . I couldn't afford the other 20% . At that point he wrote a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and showed me to the door . No follow up .

This place and Dr. Lim are terrible. He schedules 5 people for the same appt time.. they also throw pills in with their sharps in the patient room without the top sealed sp anyine can wasily grab a handful of pills.

He appears to be doing something,but in reality he is setting you up for fall,do as he says so he can get your money,meds discussed 6 months after first appt.

I've been seeing specialist for years for pain management, and Dr. Lim has the worst personality I've ever encountered in a medical professional. He stared at me with a smirk on his face every time I stopped him, as he was running out the door, for more details about information he told me. Seriously, I had more time in the hallway than I did in the room. He's arrogant and comes across as cold and uncaring. I suffer from a debilitating disease and I run after this man for additional information on CAT Scans, MRIs, etc... Rude staff and uncaring additute to assist with minor needs. Guarantee that you will know the professionalism and attitude by the staff who works for your Dr. Not one smile you'll find in the bunch!

Dr Lim and his Staff (Shelly and Jenny) are so professional and courteous.

Dr Lim is very thorough and takes time to explain what's going on and what needs to be done.
