Dr. Jalaja Krishna Rao, MD

Don't waste your time and money. They are unprofessional and lack any sense of urgency. I had a test taken and Dr.Jalaha told me I will hear the results from her 2 days later over the phone and she will instruct me on what to do. Two days go by and they did not call, even after I called them and left a voicemail. That was on a Friday, and then the weekend went by and my symptoms continued to worsen(as I don't know what I'm sick with let alone how to treat it). Monday morning I call again to be told "she's with clients and hasn't had the chance to review your results." I call again an hour before close to be told by a snobby lady "she's with clients and we've been busy bare with us." I call yet another time 10 mins before close to be told the same thing and then after further persisting I was put on hold and the front desk lady comes back and finally tells me my results but of course this woman cannot answer any of my questions, she is not a doctor. I never did speak with the doctor… after all, and all that was needed is 5 measily minutes of her time to tell me what I'm sick with. Priorities are clearly out of line at this practice.
