I called a week ahead and explained that I had white bumps To be extracted on my eye lids they told me to come in and be seen when I got here I waited an hour and then was told I would have to pay for a visit even though they lied about dealing with white bumps on eyelids I'd have went to another dr if they was honeys and hadn't wasted my time but dr Altick is wander full and I have no complaints with him he is fine it's the receptionist

I WOULD RECOMMEND DR ALTICK TO EVERYONE! HE'S GREAT AND HE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN ABLE TO TREAT MY SKIN AND GET GREAT RESULTS! I'M ALL THE WAY IN VA BEACH AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A PHONE CALL AND HE WILL CALL IN THE PRESCRIPTION! SOOOO LUCKY TO HAVE SOMEONE AS GREAT AS HE IS!!

I have been very pleased with my experience at Dr. Altick's office. From the time I walked in the door I was treated well. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the nurse was thorough and friendly as well. Dr. Altick came in, looked at my arms and listened to my symptoms and right away he diagnosed me and got me lined out on medication. My family doctor had tried every antihistamine, steroids, and creams and he did his best; however, Dr. Altick went straight to the point. He put my mind at ease after a year of scratching night and day. He is my knight in shining armor and I would recommend him to anybody!

I took off work 30 minutes early to go to my appointment. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. Wasnt called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Dr Altick spent less than 5 minutes in the room, barely examined me, and I am still experiencing the same problem over a week after seeing him. He said symptoms would be gone in a day or two. There is no doubt he misadiagnosed me. He saw another patient after me and I met him in his parking leaving for the day on my way to my car. Thats how much time he spent me with me and his last patient of the day. On a good note, he was very friendly.
