I’ve been with Dr Alver for over 10 years. He’s very patient and tries to find the best solutions possible. My case was a matter of low T and instead of jumping to an overly expensive treatment of shots he found alternative medications that were cost effective and healthier then just getting a shot.

Dr Alver is competent, not the issue. Unfortunately, the clinic has been so successful that the demand for service exceeds their ability meet demand. Unless you are prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for appointments, look elsewhere.

No manners, very angry, didn't explain anything. Went straight to procedures that didn't need to be done first. Worst Dr I've ever seen

Change Doctors before it's too late, no matter the urgency(unfortunately, after my consult visit i didnt listen to my instinct)--In my 54 yrs I have never experienced a dr w/ such rude bedside manner, smirking at me (more then once)while in pain and not caring to know anything about my symptoms or ailments or what brought me there...u are a # to him, no empathy or professionalism...I will NEVER EVER consider going back---the measly 2 to 3 minute time he even spent in the room (1st initial & procedure), worse experience EVER-Very disrespectful to woman!!

As health surrogate for my 92yo Dad with a history of urethral stricture from cancer, radiation & repeated cystoscopies, he is being forced to go through another cystoscope without an explanation or pay $100. When i requested a call from Dr Alver I was told I could only talk to him the day of the procedure 2 weeks out. But if we decide to cancel because it's the same day I have to pay $100. This is wrong.

Today, I felt ignored, belittled, pushed around, and treated rudely by Dr. Silver and some of his office staff. I was left in stirups for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to perform a procedure. A woman who works there was very rude to me when I asked questions. If you want to feel like a number, if you want your questions to be treated with disregard, if you want no one to care if you have concerns, then by all means come to this factory office and take a number.
