Outstanding service!

Got to my appointment. Was greeted by a very DRY and unfriendly guy at the desk. The nurse that took my vitals sounded hungover. No blood test and no x-ray's were performed to provide a diagnosis. No meds were prescribed but they quickly took $150 of my hard earned money and some urine. The "specialist", Mr. Bennett came in, seemed disengaged and not very friendly as if there was somewhere else he would have rather been. He spent MAYBE 4 minutes with me TOPS. This guy performed a so-called examination, wrote a prescription for some type of cream, told me NOTHING about my condition and sent me on my way! I walked away feeling scammed and ripped off of my hard earned money but the WORST part is that I still have no further knowledge of my condition NOW than I did when I walked into Midtown Urology. EPIC FAIL! ZERO STARS

Dr. Bennett goes beyond his duties as a doctor, he's God send.

Dr. Bennett's office staff were very professional. Dr. Bennett diagnosed my bladder problem and performed constructive surgery that saved my life.He is an excellent physician!!!

Front desk was very rude. scheduled to see Dr Bennett but seen by another physician when I saw Dr Bennett present in office. Wait very long and was not updated with reason for wait. Charged twice my insurance copayment as a specialized visit for ultrasound when the ultrasound is covered by insurance. Waited an hour with this billing question and was then informed that billing person was not in. Left frustrated and angry which was not good for my heatlh
