Dr. Carmack has been my doctor for quite some time. Over several years, I have seen other doctors, but none compare to Dr. Carmack and his staff. Dr. Carmack genuinely cares for his patients as individuals. He is thorough, listens, answers questions and has a great personality. He spends time with his patients and makes you comfortable. Unlike most all other physicians, Dr. Carmack does not overbook appointments. I have never waited more than 5-10 min. to be seen. Making appointments is easy as well and his nurse and office staff are excellent. They are friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person. Working closely with Dr. Carmack, in the same office, is Dr. Jennifer Fowler (NP). She is great and continues these same high standards. Dr. Carmack represents everything healthcare should be. These qualities are extremely rare with most doctors today. When there, I feel like I'm among friends and I'm proud to have my care in their hands.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Carmack. He was very professional and didn't mind any question I asked him. He went over my entire record, unlike most doctors. He asked questions that made me certain he was really looking at my profile and the problems I have.
