Dr. James Edwin Carroll, MD

My daughter has been in Dr. Carrol's care for 5 months now, we've had several visits with him and his nurse practitioner as well as some residents and unfortunately some related ER visits. We have never waited longer than 20 minutes to be seen, have always had ample time with him and his staff. He is very patient, calm and assertive, giving us ample time and opportunity to ask questions. communication between him and his NP is excellent, leaving messages has never been an issue and he will call back to answer any concerns. While we have not always gotten an immediate appointment with him directly, my daughter was able to see someone in the clinic that was able to assist and relay information to Dr. Carrol when emergencies arised. I feel absolutely comfortable having my daughter in his care.
