Excellent diagnostician who is there to serve his patients not pick their pockets. Operates on the first do no harm principle. Very thorough and observant. Asks salient questions. Makes sure he has complete picture of problem and takes time to explain what he is going to do and why he's going to do it. A true professional who instills confidence and trust.

Waited Six Weeks For Appointment, Arrived 35 Minutes Early Only To Be Told That The DR. Had A Emergency. No Call And Tried To Reschedule Me For TWO Weeks Out. But They Knew Enough To Call Me A Week Prior To The Appointment To Inform Me That If I Missed The Appointment I Would Be Billed For Missing It And To Have My Medicine List And Insurance Card. I Plan On Billing Dr. Craven For My Time Missed I Own A Business And Have Never Seen Such Inept Staff.. Avoid This Dr. By All Means.

Needs to learn to tell people what he is about to do to them . Example put instrument in ear so that patient is still instead of insulting patient to be still .

I saw Dr. Craven for a terrific earache. I was given an appointment for the next day. The staff was fantastic and very compassionate. Dr. Craven was very gentle when examining my ear and prescribed medicines which quickly eased my pain and helped the swelling go down. I really appreciate his care.

Dr. Craven saw me in the emergency room and I was completely satisfied with his examination and his bedside manner. After being admitted, he saw me in the hospital and was responsible for not only checking my throat and breathing but also was cautious about a possible coronary issue. He personally checked on me twice while waiting for radiology reports. He personally called the following morning after discharge to see if I was continuing to improve and had his office make an appointment for me the following day--couldn't have had a more caring physician. I will continue to see him when needed.
