Dr. Joseph Peter Mirante, MD

My appointment was canceled by the office and I was informed by a letter in the mail a month and a half before the appointment. I did not receive the letter because I was traveling. After the letter was sent, I received multiple emails and text messages confirming the appointment. Just to be sure, I called the office in the morning of the appointment day and I was told the appointment had been canceled. They never called or emailed about the cancellation. I spoke to an extremely cold and uncaring representative. Later on that day, my credit card was charged a no-show fee. I called back and spoke to the same cold and uncaring representative. She didn’t help. The no-show charge went through and I needed to dispute it with my credit card company. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager. A message was left and I never received a phone call. I called the office back two more times over the next week 10 days and spoke to the same cold and uncaring representative, reminding her… that I was waiting for a call from the office manager. It is now almost a month later and that call has still not come.

Dr Joseph Mirante pulls no punches. Is passionate about his business and gives a very thorough explanation of what exactly is or is not going on with your auditory health. We definitely recommend this office for all your ear,nose and throat health needs.

Dr. Mirante is a warm, caring, incredible doctor, and his staff is amazing.

I am very unhappy with Dr. Mirante after going to appointments for 2 months he gave up with me. I had a CT scan and wanting the results was sent to his associate because he had left the office early. So I met with Dr. Munier and he found cancer in my throat which Dr. Mirante did not even attempt to check on. Very disappointed in him. Would never recommend anyone to him.

The Doctor simply wanted me to come in for a visit so he could charge me and my insurance company. He was very open about this. Said that I was his best patient..... Never went back to him again.

After waiting 25 minutes, the doctor quickly came in. Although the speech pathologist (indicates 3 yr delay in syllable pronunciation)and family pediatrician recommended myringotomy, this doctor said let's wait and see. In the past two years our grandson has has 12 ear infections requiring a visit to the doctor and antibiotics, but lets once again wait and see. Talked to other parents and sure enough this is a "let's wait and see group." Saving money for someone docs?????
