My mom had taken me to visit Dr. James Goodrich, an internist, over 2 decades ago. They both worked at same hospital. He had been my doctor ever since — until he retired. I miss him. He was patient and kind. I still recall when I had my very first surgery and I called him on his cell to prescribe postop medication as I couldn’t get hold of the surgeon because it was a weekend. He was always there for me. He’d answer all my medical questions. He listened to my struggles and health issues with calmness and empathy. He also filled out health forms for my graduate and medical schools. Even though family and health issues forced me to not complete MD education, I will always remember him with fondness.

Lacks professionalism in every aspect of doctor and patient relationship. Misrepresenting medical data and recklessly overprescribing medication seems to be his medical approach.
