Dr. James Robert Grimes

Dr. Grimes philosophy is one that is only as involved as you choose. He is open, honest, geniunely concened and a friend. He is never pushy or opinionated. He is probably one of he best Doctors I have ever had. Our whole family loved being his patients. The office staff is hit or miss. Sometimes messages are not communicated as originally stated. Most of my experiences unfortunately have often involved a staff that is somewhat short and often stressed. In the event that we ever needed a short notice appointment for a sudden illness, it is unattainable to see Dr. Grimes. And if they do 'squeeze' you in, be prepared to be in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour. Also be on guard for a few staff who are just in need of a major vacation. If Dr. Grimes had a staff members replaced, I'd give 5 and not just 4 stars. However, we don't ever regret having had him as our family practitioner-even if we have had to get through a less than great staff in order to see him. He is highly… recommended!
