Dr. Kaeding is a great physician. However, his surgical managing staff could use a lesson in professional communication and empathy. 1. We were told the day before that the surgery was cancelled and that the doctor chose which surgeries "he" wanted to and which ones were "important" to him. This implies to him, the patient, that their surgery is not important. Not to mention no ETA for next available date for the surgery. 2. The nurse (Shelly) asked how he was feeling but then had no tact to empathize and then blamed the doctor. 3. The nurse called back to schedule a follow up appointment not fully knowing why and put him on hold to figure her world out... It is totally fine if things happen that are out of our control and need to be rescheduled. At least be professional about it, empathize, and let them know you matter. This office needs to understand the mental, physical, and emotional toll injuries take on a person.

Senior in HS and I wanted to be able to continue in sports, he helped me get right back on track. After knee surgery I have never felt better and its only been a month. Great staff, love how passionate he is, and would recommend him to everybody.

Excellent doctor in all areas.

A good doctor with a reasonable conservation approach. Unfortunately in my case, conservative isn't working so I'll be headed back to Dr. Kaeding for surgery on my shoulder.
