Great doctor always willing to help with any situation

Dr. Keffer seems bright and friendly when you first meet him and that’s pretty much what you will get until you disagree with him. I don’t want to reveal the specifics of what happened because we are in the practice with another doctor, but I can say that he misdiagnosed my child and even when I called to let him know and had concrete evidence, he still would not admit he had been wrong. He was extremely rude and condescending toward me on numerous occasions. I recently read about a malpractice suit in which he was at fault for failing to look at a child’s chart and therefore misdiagnosing him and the child later died. I know doctors are human and everyone makes mistakes, but I don’t think it was a coincidence that he is the one doctor I avoid and he was the one involved in that tragedy. I never wrote a review before, but after hearing of others’ experinces and reading about the lawsuit, I feel a responsibility to do something to warn parents about this doctor. He does not listen to me… and take my concerns seriously. He treats me as though I am uneducated and hysterical. I would rather take my child to the ER than to see him.

Well child great If your kid gets sick your in trouble as he is never there

Dr. Keffer has been my son's pediatrician since he was born 2 years ago. We've had nothing but superb service. Dr. Keffer spends time with us to answer all of our new parent questions, and he truly seems to care about my child. The staff is wonderful, and we HIGHLY recommend Dr. Keffer to all! Also, I'm always able to get in quickly when my son is sick. BIG PLUS!
