Dr. James Saylor Kercher, MD

Four years ago I chose Dr. Kersher to help me with agonizing pain in my right knee Osteoarthritis. I read his bio and made my choice which turned into one of the best choices I ever made. Dr. Kersher is knowledgeable, compassionate, a great listener and doctor. He is a keeper I highly recommend choosing Dr. Kersher

I was referred to Dr. Kercher by a friend that had used him for his shoulder surgery. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritus and was going to Dr. Kercher for a second opinion. I ended up using him for my surgery because I felt he looked more closely to my situation than my previous doctor did. I ended uyp having reverse total shoulder replacement surgery on the 16th of October and my experence has been nothing short of exceptional. I just about have full range of motion only 6 weeks out. I have no pain anymore and I feel like I have a new lease on life because I can now do the things I was unable to or avoiede doing because I was going to hurt all the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Kercher and his staff. They took great care of me.

Dr Kercher talks to you and explains things like we were friends. Staff is friendly and if I would have needed surgery I’d not have a second thought about having him do it. His PA, Nick, is just as comfortable to see. Great group of people!

…i thought the service was great. i had dull pain under my shoulder blade, where i thought the pain was originating from. however after the xray the dr explain that the pain was eminating from a pinch nerve in my neck. he then scheduled me for a mri …, i will update once that is done. Dr. Kercher is the man in my book ??????????

He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and very thorough! He made me feel confident my “bad news” was fixable and did an amazing job at keeping me calm and focused on the promising outcome. Although this was my first time seeing him, he made me feel like I had been a long term patient. I highly recommend him for any and all orthopedic needs!!
