I went for care on Sunday evening. The staff and doctor were kind and very caring. Dr Lacey is quiet but he answered in detail all my questions. He explained my diagnosis and medication in detail. He helped me find a pharmacy open on a Sunday evening. He prescribed what I needed to feel better. That’s exactly what I want in urgent care. I didn’t need a hand holder, I just needed to feel better and he helped me get better.

Agree with the many 1 star reviews. This is an undereducated individual with a very poor bedside manner. Due to this, I will NOT return to any Patient First facility.

I would think that Patient First would not want to renew his contract. Do they read the reviews. Poor impression. Patient First should do better.

very unprofessional poor doctor patient relations my son was seen for anxiety and depression and when he left due to the doctors unprofessional handling of the matter with my son. He was very rude and condescending . My son had to be seen by a different doctor. It was a waste of our time and money. his license to practice medicine should be revoked.

One star is one star too many. Ridiculous demeanor for a medical professional. Total absence of empathy and I told him he had no bedside manner. I also told the associates up front that they should never assign him to me again. Ever.

Had an awful bedside manner with my 9 year old son and I. He was even rude to the nurse. I will never go back to see this doctor again. Please request someone other than him.

Last month I went to Patient First in Bel Air, MD with Sinusitis and Bronchitis, he scolded me for waiting so long. Today I went back with the same symptoms and low and behold he was working. He has awful an bed side manner, asked why I hadn't followed up with my primary. I told him I had, but with the holidays I just didn't have a chance to make an appointment. I called my primary 1st thing this morning, he was totally booked and was heading out on vacation so they instructed me to go to Patient First. I highly recommend Patient First, but this is the last time I'll have Dr. Lacey treat me, I will check first to see if he is working or will request another doctor.
