Aside from the two rude receptionists at the desk The doctor has the biggest chip on his shoulder and how dare you make people wait for hours for a bad visit . Thank gig he’s a heavy prescription writer I would have never of put up with that if I was not dependent

I What is a patient here for over three years I don’t see how I lasted that long because every time I go in for an appointment had to wait 3 to 4 hours I’m getting attitude from the two front door ladies is a very stuffy congested environment lots of attitude for everyone I would not recommend anyone to the doctor

What a great doctor. I am a 65 year old malewho was in need of a new doctor. Best doctor I have ever had. Courteous,efficient,on time. Also,great service up front from Nicole and Ashley. 10 out of 10

he is worth the wait

The front door to a doctor's office is the receptionist. For the most part, people aren't "excited" to go to the doctor to begin with, so to have a receptionist with attitude and disrespect is a problem. While talking with a patient, she picks up her cell phone to begin texting. Dr. Luckett, while he is nice and intelligent, he does a poor job at office management, especially when he would choose to listen to the receptionist but not his own patient. Two hours of waiting to see the doctor when you had an appointment is disturbing. No more.

One of the best docs around. Excellent beside manner and excellent attitude. I have yet to meet a doc who actually spends time with you explaining info as much as he does. He is not only knowledgeable, but he cares and takes the time with his patients.

Every patient gets his full attention. When with him, u feel like the most important patient in the world. He takes time to educate each patient about EVERY aspect of their whole body and bloodwork.

I first went to Dr. Luckett about 5 years ago based on what a friend had to say about him and have never regretted changing physicians. When you are in the room with him you are what matters. He will take the time to explain things to you in a manner that is not condescending, but, since I am not in the medical field if he tells me something I don't quite understand I have no problems letting him know I don't quite understand he will find a way to explain things in a manner I understand. His knowledge in medicine, medical procedures, and medication is very impressive. I would be remiss if I didn't mention his staff as they are very friendly and helpful and will do what they can to help you because you matter (let's face it...how you are greeted by his staff is the first impression you get of the office). If you have a sudden problem you need to see him about that is important, he and his staff will do everything they can to work you in so if on occasion if I have to wait a little… longer it doesn't bother me because I know there is a reason. Talking to him is very easy and he fosters a environment in which you can feel free to talk to him about anything that ails you. In all I have I have been very happy using him as my primary physician and have not hesitated to recommend anyone to him because I know they'll get quality care and be greeted by a friendly staff.

Dr luckett makes me feel great everytime I come in treats me like I am his only patient best doctor ive ever had for 6 plus years

Dr. Luckett's office is the worst I have ever experienced. The wait times are intolerable, the chance of same day cancellation is high and the staff is rude and discourteous. I wouldn't put any medical trust in an office as poorly run and unreliable
