I’ve consistently had a positive experience working with The Swift Institute and Doctor Lynch. Doctor Lynch is professional and personable. He’s honest and direct and I very much appreciate his approach. I am at ease discussing my options for a healthy outcome.

If I could give this man ten stars I would! Severe pain from an old neck injury led me to him. Showing me the results of MRIs and X-rays plus an extensive explanation of the pressure on my spinal cord, the process and expected outcome, we decided together surgery was the best option. That was nine years ago. Since that time I've had a couple auto accidents and deteriorating back problems. Through it all, Dr. Lynch and his staff have helped me immeasurably. PT with Matt Kimber, pain management with Andrew Hsu and all the other specialists and staff at Swift have contributed to a quality of life and ability to enjoy being active that I absolutely would not have had without them. Dr. Lynch is extremely skilled, intelligent and capable. He is also compassionate and truly cares about the whole person. I would recommend him over any doctor anywhere!

DR. Lynch's reputation is far over rated. He performed a Laminectomy on my back and broke a vertebra, cut my Dural Sac and caused arachnoiditis. A post-surgery MRI ordered by a more experienced Neurosurgeon clearly showed the broken vertebrae, which he corrected, but he could not treat the arachnoiditis, which is permanent. He admitted to my husband what he had done but never offered any more help. I met a Nurse Practitioner, while I was in 2 months of rehab, that had a cervical injury from him, and she had to get another Neurosurgeon to correct Lynch's mistake.

Had spine surgery with Dr. Lynch which was totally unsuccessful. The worst part was, he never talked to me afterwards to give me his explanation.

My husband and I highly recommend Dr. James Lynch to treat any spine surgical need. I am a retired registered nurse having worked trauma and post surgical units for many years. I know Dr. Lynch is an exceptionally skilled and talented spine surgeon. Dr. Lynch performed two cervical spine surgeries for myself and three lumbar spine surgeries for my husband. We both had excellent outcomes. We are back to playing golf and enjoying our normal outdoor activities. We appreciate Dr. Lynchâ??s caring and confident manner. Our office visits were never rushed. There are not enough words to say how wonderful this man really is. He is one of the top fifty spine doctors in the state of Nevada and we are lucky enough to have him. I had three herniated disc in my spine. I waited so long to see a spine doctor because of all the horror stories I heard. I was in so much pain that I could hardly walk. Some one told me about Dr Lynch and after I did some research, I went to see him. He ran the necessary test and showed me what the problem was. I had a piece of bone from one of the herniated disk pressing against my spinal core. Surgery was necessary. I expressed my fears to him and he listened to me. He told me that it is a shame that all people hear is the horror stories. They never hear the good things we do for people only the bad. He eased my mind completely. We scheduled the surgery and much to my surprise, I was up and walking that night. I was discharged from the hospital four day's later. I was driving with in a week and back to… work in three weeks.
